Through your efforts to rehabilitate and spruce up an 11-year-old rental property, our former family home was more than restored to its original warmth and polish. The process of opening bids (an astonishing experience for us) was handled in such an organized fashion, and here again your expertise was invaluable. You counseled us, had tables and charts ready to summarize the bids, and were so solicitous in helping us make this important decision.
